We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after business hours or during holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details.

Please note: During high-demand periods (such as sales or new collection launches), order processing times may be slightly longer.

  1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available in select cities)

📦 Free shipping is offered on all orders above ₹999.
 Orders below ₹999 may incur a small shipping fee (displayed at checkout).

International Shipping

We ship globally to select countries.
 Delivery time typically ranges from 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

  1. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
 You can use this number to monitor your shipment status through the carrier’s website.

  1. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or severe weather

  • High demand or logistics delays

  • Customs inspections (for international orders)

Zyshaa will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control, but we’ll assist in resolving the issue promptly.

  1. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are correct when placing your order.
 Zyshaa is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you need to correct your address after placing an order, contact us within 12 hours at:

  1. Undelivered / Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Wrong or incomplete address

  • Unavailability of the customer

  • Refusal to accept the parcel

We will notify you. You may request a re-shipment (with additional shipping cost) or refund (excluding shipping charges).

  1. Split Shipments

For larger or multi-item orders, products may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and warehouse location.
 You will receive tracking details for each shipment if this applies to your order.

  1. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  1. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders Only)

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country’s authorities.
 These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the customer.

Zyshaa is not responsible for delays or extra costs caused by customs procedures.

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed for shipment.
 Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, initiate a return or exchange after receiving your order (refer to our Return Policy).
