1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, email us at orders@zyshaa.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If approved, refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
2. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@zyshaa.com with photos of the product and packaging.
Returned items must be:
Unused and unworn
With original tags and packaging intact
Returned within 7 days of delivery
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:
Custom-made or personalized orders
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards and accessories
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period, please:
Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company or bank (processing time may vary)

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a replacement item, please place a new order after your return is processed.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, Zyshaa will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other cases (like change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
